This Agreement explains how Rick's Picks memberships work, what you'll receive with your purchase, how payments and renewals are handled, and what we expect from our members.

Please read this Agreement carefully before purchasing. By purchasing any Rick's Picks (RP) product or subscription, you affirm that you have accepted this Terms of Use & Membership Agreement and agree to be bound by all applicable terms and conditions.

1. Membership & Purchase Options

Everyone who purchases an eligible RP product and receives access to our private member portal is considered an RP member.

We currently offer three main purchase options:

• Rick's Picks Six-Pack: A one-time purchase of the next six officially qualified plays.

• Monthly Subscription: Ongoing access to qualified plays and subscriber benefits, paid monthly.

• Annual Subscription: Ongoing access to qualified plays and subscriber benefits, paid annually.

Your purchase determines which benefits you receive and how long you can access them.

All members must follow the account security, content sharing, payment, and responsible wagering policies in this Agreement.

2. Rick's Picks Six-Pack

The RP Six-Pack is a one-time purchase providing access to the next six officially qualified RP plays released after your payment, regardless of sport. Each released qualified play counts toward your six plays.

• You receive limited member portal access to view your purchased plays.

• After the sixth qualified play is released, your Six-Pack is complete and access to new plays ends.

• You may purchase another Six-Pack or subscribe to continue receiving new plays.

• There are no recurring payments or automatic renewals.

After your Six-Pack is complete, you may retain access to historical play archives or performance information. However, RP may change, restrict, or remove this access at its discretion. Continued portal access is not guaranteed.

Refunds: Once delivery of your purchased plays has begun, no prorated or partial refunds will be issued, except as required by law.

3. Member Access & Benefits

Your benefits depend on the product you purchase.

Monthly and Annual Subscribers receive access to all officially qualified RP plays across the sports and leagues we cover, including any added in the future, plus performance updates, historical archives, and exclusive subscriber content during their paid membership term.

Six-Pack Members receive the limited access described in Section 2.

All membership access is for your personal use only.

4. Play Notifications & Your Responsibilities

To receive RP's officially qualified plays, you must access our private member platform by installing the supported mobile application on your mobile phone or logging into the member portal through your computer or another compatible device.

We strongly recommend enabling notifications on your mobile device so you can receive timely alerts when new qualified plays are posted.

It is your responsibility to check the member platform for newly posted plays, whether or not you receive a notification.

Notifications are not guaranteed and may be delayed or unavailable. The RP member platform is the official source for all qualified plays.

RP cannot guarantee that a betting line or wagering opportunity will still be available when you view a play.

5. 2026–2027 Launch-Year Incentive Pricing

RP offers special incentive pricing for eligible purchases made from September 1, 2026, through August 31, 2027.

Monthly Subscription — $100/month

The launch-year rate is currently $100 per month. Rates may change after August 31, 2027, with advance notice and any additional approval required by law.

Annual Subscription — $1,000/year

Your $1,000 launch-year rate is guaranteed for your initial 12-month membership term, even if that term extends beyond August 31, 2027.

Future renewal rates may change with advance notice and any additional approval required by law.

Rick's Picks Six-Pack

This one-time purchase is available at the price displayed during checkout.

6. Monthly Subscription — Billing & Cancellation

The Monthly Subscription provides ongoing access to RP qualified plays and subscriber benefits.

Here's how it works:

• Your subscription begins when your payment is successfully processed.

• Your payment method will be automatically charged each month at the applicable Monthly Subscription rate until you cancel.

• You may cancel future automatic payments at any time using the designated RP cancellation process.

• We encourage you to submit cancellation requests at least seven (7) days before your next scheduled payment to allow time for processing. You may still cancel closer to your payment date.

• If your monthly payment has already been processed, you will keep access to your subscription benefits for the full month covered by that payment.

• After cancellation, future automatic payments will stop, and your access will end when your final paid month expires.

Refunds: Monthly payments are generally non-refundable once charged. We do not issue prorated or partial refunds for unused portions of a paid month, except as required by law.

Monthly Subscription rates may change with advance notice and any additional authorization required by law.

7. Annual Subscription — Billing, Renewal & Cancellation

The Annual Subscription provides 12 months of access to all RP qualified plays and subscriber benefits.

Here's how it works:

• Your subscription begins when your initial Annual payment is successfully processed.

• Your payment covers 12 months of membership.

• Your Annual Subscription automatically renews every 12 months, and your payment method will be charged the applicable Annual rate unless you cancel.

• You may cancel future automatic payments at any time through the designated RP cancellation process.

• We encourage you to submit cancellation requests at least seven (7) days before your next scheduled payment to allow time for processing. You may still cancel closer to your payment date.

• If you cancel before your next renewal, you keep full membership access through the end of your already-paid Annual term.

Renewal Notices & Price Changes

RP will provide advance notice of upcoming Annual renewals in accordance with applicable law. These notices will include your renewal date, the amount to be charged, and instructions for continuing Annual membership, switching to Monthly, or canceling.

If your renewal rate is changing, we'll notify you in advance and obtain any additional approval required by law.

Cancellation & Refunds

Initial Annual Purchase: Your initial Annual Subscription payment is non-refundable once charged, except as required by applicable law.

Cancellation After Automatic Renewal: If your Annual Subscription renews and you decide not to continue for another year, you may request cancellation up to seven (7) calendar days after the renewal charge has been processed.

If you cancel within this seven-day period:

• You will pay for one month at the regular Monthly Subscription rate in effect on your renewal date.

• RP will deduct that amount from your Annual renewal payment and refund the rest to your original payment method.

• You will keep full membership access for one month beginning on your Annual renewal date.

• Your membership will end after that month, and no future subscription payments will be charged unless you authorize another subscription.

Example: If your Annual renewal payment is $1,000 and the regular Monthly Subscription rate is $100, RP will refund $900. You will receive one full month of membership access for the $100 retained.

This special seven-day refund policy applies only to automatic Annual renewals, not your initial Annual purchase. It applies whether or not you have viewed qualified plays.

Cancellation requests received after the seven-day period are subject to the regular Annual Subscription terms and any rights provided by law.

All cancellation and refund policies are subject to applicable law and do not limit any additional rights you may have.

8. Changing Your Subscription

You may switch between Monthly and Annual Subscriptions.

• Monthly to Annual: Your Annual Subscription begins when your current paid Monthly period ends.

• Annual to Monthly: Your Monthly Subscription begins when your current paid Annual term ends.

Your new subscription will be charged at the rate in effect when the change takes place, after you authorize the new recurring payment arrangement.

Your access will continue without interruption as long as payments are successfully completed. RP will confirm your new plan, payment amount, and effective date.

You may also cancel without choosing another subscription. Your access will continue through your final paid period, subject to any applicable refund adjustment.

9. Subscription Cancellation Process

You may cancel future automatic payments at any time using RP's designated cancellation process.

Your cancellation request will be recorded when submitted, and RP will provide confirmation that includes the cancellation date and when your membership access will end.

For cancellation timing, refunds, and continued access, please refer to the Monthly and Annual Subscription terms in Sections 6 and 7.

10. Account Security & Login Sharing

Your RP account is for your personal use only. You may not share your login credentials, passwords, or portal access with anyone else.

Unauthorized sharing may result in suspension or termination of your membership.

11. Sharing & Reselling RP Content

RP plays, selections, analysis, commentary, archives, performance information, and other member content are for your personal use only.

You may not copy, forward, repost, publish, distribute, share, or resell RP content without permission. This includes sharing through email, text messages, social media, websites, private groups, or messaging apps.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of your membership access.

12. Payment Problems & Chargebacks

You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and keeping a valid payment method on file for recurring subscriptions.

If your payment fails or remains unpaid, RP may temporarily restrict or suspend your access until payment is completed.

If you believe there is a billing mistake, please contact RP so we can help resolve the issue.

You retain any rights you may have to dispute a charge through your bank or payment provider.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of your membership, subject to applicable law.

13. Suspension or Termination of Membership

RP may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if a member violates this Agreement.

Examples include:

• Sharing login information or allowing unauthorized account access.

• Sharing, reposting, distributing, or reselling private RP content.

• Unresolved payment problems.

• Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks.

• Misuse of the member platform.

• Other violations of these membership terms.

Suspension or termination for violating this Agreement does not automatically entitle you to a refund, except as required by applicable law.

14. Sports Betting Disclaimer

RP provides sports betting selections, information, opinions, analysis, and related content for informational and entertainment purposes only.

Please understand:

• No wager, selection, winning percentage, profit, financial return, or future result is guaranteed.

• Past performance does not guarantee future results.

• RP is not a sportsbook and does not accept or place wagers for members.

• We do not control betting odds, lines, or opportunities offered by third-party sportsbooks.

• You are responsible for deciding whether to place a wager, how much to wager, and whether to accept the associated financial risk.

These conditions apply to all RP products and subscriptions.

15. Responsible Wagering

We encourage every member to wager responsibly and only within their financial means.

You are responsible for following all applicable sports betting laws, minimum-age requirements, and wagering restrictions wherever you live or place a wager.

You are never required or encouraged to place a wager simply because you purchased an RP product or subscription.

Sports wagering involves financial risk, and losing money is possible.

16. Agreement Confirmation

By purchasing any RP product or subscription, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by this Terms of Use & Membership Agreement, including all policies, responsibilities, and conditions applicable to your purchase.
