Membership Access & Benefits
Rick’s Picks membership provides member-only access to all official Rick’s Picks plays for NCAA Football, NFL, NBA, and MLB, along with performance updates, archives, and exclusive member content.

Membership access is provided only to the individual who enrolls and agrees to these terms.

Rick’s Picks Membership Year
For purposes of membership, pricing, promotions, and access, the Rick’s Picks Membership Year runs from September 1 through August 31 of the following calendar year.

The Membership Year is structured to begin with the NCAA Football season and conclude with Rick’s Picks MLB coverage.

The 2026–2027 Rick’s Picks Membership Year begins September 1, 2026 and ends August 31, 2027.

2026–2027 Launch-Year Incentive Pricing
Launch-year promotional rates are available only to members who enroll during the 2026–2027 Rick’s Picks Membership Year, September 1, 2026 through August 31, 2027.

Rates may change after the 2026–2027 promotional period.

Monthly promotional pricing applies during the 2026–2027 Rick’s Picks Membership Year and may change after August 31, 2027.

Members who begin an Annual Membership during the 2026–2027 Rick’s Picks Membership Year will have the $1,000 annual rate honored for their full 12-month paid term, even if that term extends beyond August 31, 2027.

14-Day Trial
All new memberships begin with a 14-day trial.

Members may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid the first membership charge.

If the membership is not canceled before the trial ends, the applicable Monthly or Annual membership charge will be processed according to the membership option selected at checkout.

Monthly Membership Terms
The Monthly Membership is Rick’s Picks’ most flexible membership option.

Monthly Membership is $100 per month after the 14-day trial and continues on a month-to-month recurring basis until canceled.

To avoid the next monthly charge, cancellation must be completed at least 7 days before the next scheduled billing date.

Cancellations received within 7 days of the next billing date will take effect after that billing cycle.

No prorated or partial refunds are issued for the current paid month.

Once cancellation becomes effective, no further monthly membership charges will be made and membership access will end according to the applicable cancellation terms.

Monthly membership pricing may change after the applicable Rick’s Picks promotional period.

Annual Membership Terms
The Annual Membership is a 12-month commitment and provides Rick’s Picks’ greatest overall membership value.

Annual Membership is $1,000 per year after the 14-day trial.

After the trial ends, the annual payment is charged and the member’s 12-month paid membership term begins.

Annual membership payments are non-refundable once charged.

No prorated or partial refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the 12-month membership term.

Members who begin an Annual Membership during the 2026–2027 Rick’s Picks Membership Year will have the $1,000 annual rate honored for the full 12-month paid term, even when the term extends into the following Rick’s Picks Membership Year.

Annual memberships automatically renew every 12 months unless canceled before the applicable renewal date.

The renewal rate may change after the promotional period.

Membership Option Changes
Monthly members may change to an Annual Membership at any time.

Annual members may change to a Monthly Membership only after completing their current 12-month paid Annual Membership term.

A member who changes membership options will be subject to the pricing and terms applicable to the new membership option at the time the change takes effect.

Recurring Billing Authorization
By selecting a Rick’s Picks membership plan and providing payment information, the member authorizes Rick’s Picks and its payment processor to charge the recurring membership fees associated with the plan selected at checkout.

Monthly memberships are billed monthly after the 14-day trial until canceled.

Annual memberships are billed after the 14-day trial and renew every 12 months unless canceled before the applicable renewal date.

Account & Login Sharing
Membership access is for the enrolled member only.

Members may not share usernames, passwords, login credentials, access links, or other methods of accessing the Rick’s Picks member portal or private member content with another person.

Unauthorized account or login sharing may result in suspension or termination of membership access.

Sharing, Reselling & Reposting Rick’s Picks Content
Rick’s Picks plays, selections, analysis, commentary, archives, performance information, posts, and other member-only materials are provided exclusively for the personal use of Rick’s Picks members.

Members may not copy, reproduce, repost, publish, distribute, forward, resell, sublicense, or otherwise provide Rick’s Picks member-only content to non-members without authorization from Rick’s Picks.

This includes sharing Rick’s Picks content through text messages, email, social media, websites, private groups, messaging applications, or any other means of distribution.

Unauthorized sharing, resale, or distribution may result in suspension or termination of membership access.

Payment Failures & Chargebacks
Members are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method for recurring membership charges.

Membership access may be suspended or terminated if a scheduled payment fails and remains unresolved.

Members who believe a billing error has occurred should contact Rick’s Picks before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Improper or unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of membership access.

Suspension & Termination
Rick’s Picks may suspend or terminate membership access for violations of this Member Agreement, including unauthorized sharing or distribution of member content, account or login sharing, unresolved payment failures, improper chargebacks, misuse of the member platform, or other violations of membership rules.

Termination for violation of this Agreement does not automatically create a right to a refund of membership fees already paid.

Sports Betting Disclaimer
Rick’s Picks provides sports betting information, selections, opinions, analysis, and related content for informational and entertainment purposes.

No wager, selection, winning percentage, profit, financial return, or future result is guaranteed.

Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Each member is solely responsible for deciding whether to place a wager, determining the amount of any wager, and accepting the financial risks associated with sports betting.

Responsible Wagering
Members are expected to wager responsibly and within their own financial means.

Members are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, minimum-age requirements, and sports-wagering restrictions in the jurisdiction where they live or place wagers.

Rick’s Picks does not require or encourage any member to place a wager.

Agreement Confirmation
By completing Rick’s Picks enrollment and confirming acceptance of the Member Agreement, the member acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to these terms, including the billing, cancellation, refund, renewal, membership-access, content-sharing, and recurring-payment provisions.
